We just stopped in Nothern Idaho for the night, our main slides will slide out evenly. Any idea what we can do?

Did you reset the control box in the basement? Look on the Lippert website and there are directions on how to reset it. There are 2 boxes in the basement. One is for the electric slides and the other for the hydraulics.

What do you mean by won't slide out evenly? I have a 31SL and when extending the main slides, they both start, then the door side slide goes out and once fully extended then the kitchen side slide extends.
Good luck

The curb side slide I appears to be frozen on the diskette end.

I'm not sure what is meant by diskette end, but I would first check for any restrictions around the slide. Possibly something is caught in the slide. I know from personal experience as we have had a box of Kleenex trapped. Also check your rails underneath the slide for any issues. You may want to also try closing your hydraulic valve for the opposite slide and see how the curbside slide acts when isolated. Lastly check your fluid level and make sure you have a strong 12v power source.

Just want to let you know, we are back in business. The slides are missing five of the eight spacers/rollers that should be on the four gears that move the main slides in and out, so the gears easily move off the track. So I just have to watch the gears carefully as we travel home. Again, thanks for the help.
