Slide in Slide Cover?

Has anyone managed to get a slide cover for their bedroom slide-in-slide? We have a 38RE with the king bed and after two knee replacements its not easy for my husband to get on the roof! Trying to figure if its even possible. So amazed by all we learn on this forum from all of you! From the bad microwave (which we had) to the bolts in our awnings (which are being checked) and so many other tips!!Thank you thank you!!!!!

I would like to know about the slide topper for the slide-in-a-slide too... It would be nice when it rains because its actually kind of LOUD on that low, thin ceiling right above your head ;-) also the heat. Thanks! ~Theresa

Couldn't you just put a single slide cover on it that covers both slides at once? It wouldn't quite be full width but it seems like it would work ok.

Well they only managed to get a topper on the bigger slide in slide..... Disappointed not to have them all covered but at least all of them are but that one small one. They also checked our bolts in the awning and they were as they should be. Did the fix on the battery cut-off switch per instructions from RW so we are ready to hit the road!!!!

I was trying to think in my mind how he was going to do that, and couldn't come up with anything.

Same here, I was looking at it just yesterday with Todd and we could not figure how there would be enough clearance to install another slide cover. Sure wish they could because that would be nice. They would have to fab a new mount bracket that would straddle the bracket from the first slide. Definitely could be done, but pretty custom.
