Thumbs up Shore power to Gen switch meltdown

From a meltdown to to a happy ending. I just had my redwood loose shore power inside trailer that left us dead in the water. The bad news is that after about 400 plus diesel going back and forth with parts and hiring an electrician to come out and rewire everything to make sure the problem did not lie outside the trailer we have concluded the transfer switch had a meltdown and froze both switches in the open position. The good and the bad of it all. Is customer support from redwood was awful as the only help they could give us was it could be a bad power cord and no diagnosing beyond that point. The very very very good. Thank you Angie Cox, Brian booker "press of explore USA", Amanda Component " service advisor", and the most important would be explore USA in Seguin to give me a one day turn around and she's alive once again. Just a heads up for awesome service that was given to us and this nine lives of a trailer.

I'm glad to hear that Explore USA came through for you and got the situation resolved. Sorry to hear about the customer service at Redwood. Thankfully there hasn't been anybody else with problems in regards to the transfer switches.

This is such great news, I was just thinking about you yesterday and wondering how things were going. If anybody ever had their mettle tested!! I admire your attitude and how you have pushed through. I hope you have much sunnier days ahead with your Redwood!!
