You should be able to jack up the coach taking all of the weight off of the axle extending the spring. Then take a crow bar between the spring and the axle and flip it back over.
You should try to determine why it flipped in the first place however or it will do it again.
BTW I have done this on other solid axle vehicles but not a Redwood yet. I am assuming the same standard shackle design.
