From the video & reading it's for direct dump ACs not ducted units like the he RWs, there's no access from the interior of the unit shown in the video.

also worth checking , there is a 16" long x 1" thick piece of sponge rubber foam that seals between return and supply right under the base of the unit at the start of the duct work. Both front and rear AC units had 80% of the foam pushed out and letting air from the supply right back into the return section. fairly easy fix while I was cleaning the coils off in the unit. Remove the sheet metal plenum cover and look down inside the return air side where the power wires are located. I would be willing to bet almost all of the 2 year old coaches have the foam pushed out. Its only glued in on one side with contact cement.

This would have to be installed from the top in your RW as they do not have a direct dump inside, at least my '13 did not. If you remove the cover on the ac unit & check that opening you may find that the cool air is mixing with the return, this can be cured with a roll not aluminum duct tape, at least it worked on my '13.
And as Mark mentioned be sure that foam gasket is in place.

From what I have been told by the people that own the company, they are designed for just Grand Design RV now. Maybe later they will add others.
