Walking around on the roof, messuring for solar,I notice that some of the plywood sheeting, where the seams meet,has no support or clips. the plywood will drop down a good 3/4 inch or so, when standing on it. you can see the roof membrane stretching. Anyone else notice this.

I, too, noticed the roof weak in areas - not to the point of dropping as much as you say. It is a concern, but the tech that has been working on our unit does not seem to think it is an issue to be concerned about at this point. Whatever that may mean?

I've walked my roof a few times and never noticed any soft spots or seams not mating correctly. You may want to contact the factory and ask Brian Emmons

Maybe the tech didn't want to bother and you could wait til the warranty ran out then you could spend some money at that dealership!

I have walked the roof of my 38 BR several times... no soft spots.
