We had to go through our dealer Tiara RV in Elkhart. We had the blind manufacturer, but like the equalizer and everything else they will not sell to an owner.

I jsut puchased a 36RL on 10/31/15 We picked it up at the dealership and drove home 150 miles with the blinds up. Upon arrival the rear blind was on the couch. The brackets holding the blinds are metal but the tabs that grab the blind are plastic. If they made the tabs out of metal that woul eliviate this problem. als 2 are not enough for this blid it should have a 3rd installed

Good morning all.
Was digging through some papers to determine trash from treasure. Ran across the shipping confirmation of when RW sent me the brackets and have a part number and price.
These brackets were exactly the same as the ones we removed, so if they have come up with a heavier one, the part number will get you the old one.
When I talked with Automotion, they did not indicate they had changed the bracket in any way. I talked with them back in September of this year.
The part number is 232434 and the priceshown is $2.25. Our packs had two per package. The description is "BRACKET-WALL MOUNTING BRACKET-SLOW RISE ROLLER SHADES".
Hope you guys find that helpful.

Safe Travels

Like I said ours is triple the strength of the old one. I will also see if I can get a part number. We have a 2013 36 RL.

Redwood just shipped me new brackets for our roller shades. The new ones are built stronger. Instead of 2 little clips on the spring side they now have a piece that goes the full width of the bracket. I also had the tech add a 3rd one in the middle of the blind to help secure it even better

Shane that's what they sent us too! I think everyone should add these before it falls down like ours did.

Our large rear shade fell when going from Houston TX to San Antonio TX a couple of months ago. We found it laying on the floor when setting up in San Antonio.
Redwood sent me a bag full of replacement brackets.
Our large rear shade had two mounting brackets, it now has 5, so far it is holding.

The manufacturer of the blind says FOUR clips in that blind. RW puts TWO. Yes, ours fell down. Service put it back up but with only TWO clips. We had asked them to use four but they refused. We are going to order the clips and install them ourselves. The larger blinds over the table and chairs require THREE clips. Yes, ours fell down and gouged our buffet top. SO: going in for warranty to replace the buffet top and replace the blind. SEEMS like it would be more economical to just put MORE CLIPS in the blinds!!! But then, what do I know, I am not a CEO.

Same as ours on our 2016. I like the tension knobs and sliders to align each shade to the right and left as well

All
My brackets came from Crossroads. I mounted my rear shade using 4 brackets instead of the original 2.*
I've put about 20K miles since with no problems.
The part number is 232434 and it is called a BRACKET, WALL MOUNTING BRACKET-SLOW RISE ROLLER SHADES.
You may need to order through your dealer since Crossroads no longer sends warranty parts directly to owners.
If you're out of warranty, Crossroads may sell you some. Mine came 2 in a package.
If you plan on attending the rally, you may be able to get them in Topeka. I would give them a courtesy call first.
Good luck and safe travels.

My 2013 just had them fall off. Pulled the brackets (3) and all are broke, cheap plastic catch on one end and metal on the other - go figure. The ends of the rollers also appear to be warped now and not sure they can be reinstalled even if I can get new brackets. Looking for an alternative brand.
Only had this rig two years and lots of issues with molding coming off due to little or no glue used, little staple nails etc. Took my air compressor nail gun and some Gorilla glue to it all today.
