Replacement Parts

Anyone know how to get replacement parts for the Redwood trailers. I had a little issue over the weekend w/ my trailer........got a little too close to a sapling and it the plastic flare over the driver side wheels. Luckily, that's all that happened and the piece is held on w/ philips head screws. Can I order one direct and replace it myself?

Should be a simple fix and you should be able to get the part through Tiara RV in Indiana. You will need the VIN to get the correct part.

just a suggestion..Verify your pricing with 3 - 4 dealers. I just order some items and was supervised the difference between dealers. The pricing ranged from $860 to $1320 for the same part numbers. And shipped to the same address.

Broken shower doors

Help! We have busted our glass shower doors on our 3921GK. I think it’s either a 2018 or 19. Can anyone tell me where i can find a replacement door? Thanks

I would contact SEA, Shower Enclosures America, they are a division of Patrick Industries now. SEA makes over 90 % of the shower enclosures used in the RV industry. Or you could try Tiara RV in Elkhart, IN. Expensive either way probably.

https://www.trekwood.com/replacements/74220/Redwood is the parts website from Tiara RV.

Good luck.

Smile Broken light fixture

We have a light fixture over our kitchen island with 3 glass shades. I have recently broken only 1 of them and am looking to replace the broken shade. Can anyone tell me where I can find light fixtures used by Redwood? Thanks!

the only way you will find the glass is to contact Redwood and ask them the manufacturer name and part number they ordered for your unit. there might be a possibility if you take it down there is a name and number inside the base. but not likely. a final option is if the globes are installed with 3 screws you might be able to replace all 3 of them by just buying the globes on amazon or your local Home Depot

I have 2 issues. We have a 2014 38GK and one of the hinges on the linen closet door broke. The hinge does not have a part number or manufacturers name. Can someone tell me what hinge I should order. My second issue is I have 2 outlets that are not working. One over the sink in the bedroom and it's just a regular outlet not a GFI plug. I pulled the plug out and there is no power to it and yes I checked all the GFI's in the trailer I could find. My second issue the outlet on the bottom of the wall at the dinette table does not work. Any suggestions as to what could be going on with them. Thank you.

There is another GFI. you are just not finding it. In the storage bay near the central vac, the tool bay beside the front door, the wet bay where you connect the water and cables. There is a minimum of 3 GFI in that unit. But they hide them in different spots. Plus a GFI after dampness and time can go bad
