Red Line Wet Bolts

So much reported by RW owners changing out their shackles and bolts with various solutions. Just wondering if anyone knows any success stories with the Red Line Wet Bolts and shackles and keeping the EZ flex unit supplied with the RW. Cost for the shackles and wet bolts are under $200. New bushings would add a little more which Red Line also supplies. I am taking my rig in next week for annual checks and welcome comments. I average less than 1,000 miles per year. Thanks.

I used the EquaFlex which has bronze bushings already & ordered the MorRyde heavy duty shackles with wet bolts & bushings for less than $100 shipped & took approximately 3 hours to replace all of them.

Don't know anything about the Red Line product, but the Mor Ryde shackles are almost 3 times thicker than the originals & they are fantastic to deal with. The $200+ is too pricey unless you are getting something else in the deal that makes it twice as good as the Mor Ryde.

The MorRyde Heavy Duty Shackles Kit at Dyers RV is $83.96 and can be viewed at:

MOR/Ryde SRE/4000 Suspension System for 33" Wheelbase Tandem Axle Trailers - RV / Trailer Suspension Upgrades - RV / Trailer Steering & Suspensions - Towing & Automotive

You can purchase the SRE-4000 and Shackles Kit for $483.94

Have not heard of the Redline product, so, can't comment.

Agree with Travel'in Texans ......... if you're going to upgrade your bushings/shackles, go with the Moreryde shackle/ Wetbolt kit. Under 100 bucks & top quality.
