Angry popping noise in auto leveling system

We bought our 2013 36RL redwood in Nov of 2017. Since we have been using it this winter in AZ we have been hearing a loud popping noise in the leveling system. At times it pops so hard that the RV shakes. We have added the Cat anti-stiction oil, the noise became less for a while but it is back with a vengeance lately. Any one have any suggestions

Need to wipe/spray the tubes with silicone spray & then operate them once. When extended for long periods I think the fluid bleeds off a bit.
Factory techs told me that if extended for long periods to wipe the dust off of tubes & spray with silicone weekly or at least a couple times a month.

And to add to what Danny said, it helps a bunch to have the jack pads on wood blocks or pads such as SnapPads. Also, keep the jack stroke (extension) as short as you can. Coach will be more stable. I wouldn't hesitate to add more of the CAT fluid too. Just remember to retract the slides and jacks before removing some and filling some

I wonder what would happen if you removed as much of the cheap fluid that Lippert put in and replaced with a good quality synthetic fluid?? Might be worth a try.

Lippert recommends replacing 1 quart of fluid with fork oil.

Here is the article:

I've attached a photo of the oil I used.

It stopped the popping for me.

I also used the Torco brand RFF. If you have a motorcycle shop near you they should carry it. It is racing fork fluid used in off road motorcycles. Eliminated 98% of the noise in my front leveling legs.
