Angry overide slides

I am the frustrated owner of a 2021 redwood 3401 and am having electrical issues. Anyone know how to override the slides, our hydraulic slides are fully extended and bedroom slide is stuck partially out. Our dealer is of little help and is 3and half hours from us. the redwood customer service took info but was of no help either. The rig is in our possession about 1 month and everyday is another dilemma and it's getting worse. haven't even been able to leave our property. PLEASE HELP!!!!

It may be easier to help with the electrical issues. Do you have power at all 12V or Shore Power?

I have 2 12v batteries that only hold charge for 2 days and propane powered generator(thats how I put slides out)that doesn't work when battery voltage is low. Ran generator for 5hrs. today and InCommand system isn't reading the charge so slides won't work. I'm in northeast had snow today and expecting big storm on wednesday, I am a little concerned that bedroom is partially out and don't want any leaks

Sounds like dead batteries.
Check that the factory disconnect near the batteries is "on" or "connected" if not the batteries will not charge on shore power or generator.
Check the dealer installed batteries, if there's CCA, CA or MCA listed on the tops they are NOT true deep cycle batteries, they are a marine type hybrid used the start boat motors or run trolling motors, not designed for rv use & should be replaced with true deep cycle batteries.
The slide motors & hydraulic pump require continuous 12.5+ volts to operate. With good deep cycle fully charged batteries it's best to be connected to shore power or generator when operating slides.

we had generator running for 5 hrs today and while running the slides didn't move. and I do think they are marine batteries.

I had this issue once when we first got our RW. I connected oneof those 12 power packs to the battery like jump starting got slides in. Then next replaced the batteries with 6 volts that were still going strong after 5 years. I would check battery disconnect sounds funny that you have enough power to start generator and can't move the slides. May also want to turn inverter/ charger off and back on to see if helps. I had to reset ours once when it tripped and batteries would not charge when off.

Assuming you have hydraulic slides, there is a 50 Amp breaker for the hydraulic motor that you need to check. As far as the bedroom slide, my guess it's a Schwintek, and it sounds like a wiring problem. My RV Works has You Tube channel for troubleshooting these issues.

Converter/batteries

I just had to replace converter on our RK Redwood a year old. It fried batteries when it went out. Had to jump with truck to move slides and jacks.

Try a mobile RV tech or even another RV center. It is alarming that Red Wood and the dealership is not actively helping you.

If your bedroom is a Schwintek design, never stop and retract it half way. Always full in or full out with an extra second of holding the switch at the end. There are many YouTube videos on maintaining that type also.
