New models

Has anyone noticed the new floor plans on the Redwood site? Doesn't look like there are any updates to the standards and options yet.

I just looked and it doesn't look like the site has updated at all. Wow, you would think the website would be showing all the new updates since the dealer show should be over with now. I haven't even seen a new model for sale anywhere. What's up Redwood?

Some new model numbers are on the redwood site. Look here:

The 340RL is exactly what I've been looking for all along. Can't wait to see an actual one and what the price will be. The fact that the pin weight is 500lbs less than the 31SL is even sweeter!! To me , it is the perfect length, and perfect setup, and it should meet all the weights to be pulled by a SRW 1 ton!

I did see that and figured since Redwood is going to 8K axles as standard it probably raised that figure some.

Did they just merge the Sequoia line with Redwood? There seems to be a lot of duplicates - like the 38RL and 382RL doesn't have enough of a difference to justify an entire different model - (carpet, cooktop, tub is all I see).

They may be trying to show the differences between the already labeled 2017 and the NEW 2017's. I see also a different sink shown in the two and supposedly they are going back to the stainless steel double sink. My guess is the 38RL will soon be labeled as "dealer stock only". That's just my guess though.

So I guess the Seqouia & Cypress have joined the Blackwood on the extinct list. Other than a dealers lot I've only seen 1 Seqouia & never saw a Cypress anywhere.

I think you may be right. If you look under the models of the Sequoia on the Redwood RV site they all say "Dealer Stock Only".

I did hear Sequoia was kaput - I think it was on another thread here.

Rick, you are probably right - they are showing all the existing and new, and eventually some of the redundant models will fade off the page.

We are getting the 1st 2017 392GK ordered through Lazydays in Tampa. We are getting the prototype, been in contact with Matt at Redwood and it is due the middle of December. we are very excited. We looked at both DRV and Augusta Luxe and were not impressed. The Redwood storage is somuch better in the Redwood. Trading in the 2013 36FB.

Congratulations on your new Redwood, great news that after looking at some other brands / models you stuck with the Redwood product.

What are the changes for the new models?

That's 8 thousand pound axles not 8 ton, that would be some heavy duty axles.

Correct, the only thing that wasn't standard was the disc brakes.

We will probably go ahead and get the RV Roof Armor like we did with the RW 36FB.
