We replaced all ours with leds. Most of the covers came off easily with just a hand twist. But a few of them were really hard to get loose. One I couldn't even get with the kitchen gripper, so had to get the rubber strap wrench.

We have had our GK for 4 weeks today and have already had to replace bulbs. When Wink was replacing more yesterday, he found that they were just loose and not out. So far, we have had 5 go out.
All the ceiling ones are G4 double pin halogens. The small ones are 10w and the larger ones are 20w. The others are wedge base, and the single contact like the 1156. This is where I ordered my led's from. Very satisfied.http://www.m4products.com/Edited by: rcflame

On my 2014 38GK the bulbs covers are glass and snap off. There are three spring clips that hold them on. The small ones above the bed were super tight and hard to remove. I had to push to one side and pull down at the same time.

Yep same here. Actually had one chip the glass as I removed it. Not liking that at all. Hopefully I'll get the LED's soon so I can just remove them one more time for the replacements. As it stands now I've replaced about 5 bulbs over the course of the last 3 weeks...

That's what I had to take all mine off for, replace with led's. Hopefully they will be easier to take off the next time. Or maybe there won't be a next time.
