Hydraulic resevoir

It seems like I remember some of the members on this board posting that they added something to their hydraulic resevoir to quiet down the cylinders as the leveling system is working. If so I would appreciate knowing what you added. My leveling system is making some noise and would like to quiet it down.

Anti stiction oil, basically 15w motorcycle fork oil, the factory techs used Maxima Fork oil.
With all slides in, all jacks up connected to your truck, use a turkey baster to remove 1 qt of the oil from the reservoir & replace with the fork oil then extend/retract the slides/jacks a few times to mix in the new oil, retract all, check fluid level it should be 1/4-1/2" from the fill opening.
In the future top off the reservoir with the fork oil when needed.

I added the CAT hydraulic oil additive in 2015 while wintering in AZ and have had no leveling jack noise since. Money well spent.

makes me wonder what type of budget minded crap they factor fill these rig with? if a small amount of good oil fixes the clunk and sticking leveling legs , whats in them should be drained and filled with something better then OEM

thank you for all that have posted on this topic , one more thing on my short list!
