Hackberry tree stains on roof

I do clean my 36RL roof regularly. Last week we camped under several hackberry trees. The camp was full or we would have moved. The trees were dropping black pellets the size of the head of a hat pin. Then it rained and misted for a full night. Now the roof is splotched with tan and grey dots and runs. I am afraid that if the roof has a problem, then Redwood will say that the roof had no proper care! Does anyone know how to remove roof stains and not hurt the roof integrity?

I would check with camping world or the dealer. Makes me think of the rhino roofs that Excel is putting on theirs and is available to all. If I have any problems after the warranty is over I might look into it. Talk about maintenance free.

I've always used a diluted solution of the Chlorox Cleaner with bleach for any and all roof stains.

Look on Excels RV website, they have a number to call for anybody to get it done and different colors as well. It is not Excel that does them.

Rhino liners, the seamless pictures of the roof looks great, I wonder how much weight it would add, probable not much.

Remember, no matter how careful you are, whatever chems you use will drip down onto your paint before you can get it rinsed.

Last Fall when I washed my roof after having it for 6 months, it came out perfectly clean with that pink gel-gloss trailer wash. That roof material is like a vinyl cover - so thin, so be careful.

That is why I will let the dealer do the maintenance, I weigh 290 and don't want to chance it. I will stick with waxing the rest though every 3 months.
