I would be ecstatic to get a working disc system for under $3,000.. Note I stated working!!

If you are interested, I will install an electric/hydraulic disc brake system initially at no charge. If you like it you pay for it. If you don't like it, I will take the system off and reinstall the electric brake system at no charge to you.
You can contact me at 405-626-7009
Ron , thank you for the offer , who knows maybe our paths we cross and we can make this happen... I would jump at the opurtunity to do that again,, my wife on the other hand....... I still here about the money spent on nothing...
Sorry for the delay in responding , we picked up the trailer yesterday , did a LONG PDI , and only found 3 small issues!!!! ( all were corrected)

Ford Truck,
Are you coming to the rally? If so, lets hook up your 2015 Ford to my trailer after we get the conversion done and do a test drive. I am always concerned when situations like this occur because the truck mfg. keep changing they're IBC's. I had a 2011 Ram 3500 that worked just fine with my disc brake system. When I bought the 2014, the brakes did not work. Checked voltage at the truck plug and only 8.75v. I took the truck into Dodge and they had no specific updates for the IBC but did have some misc. electronic updates that they updated. Low and behold I got 12v and the brakes worked fine.

I will not be at the rally.... We will be In Florida . We are leaving next weekend for 3 weeks-- VA - NC - The Keys - Disney...
The shop who did the install is a custom trailer maker , the make all custom drop trailers for the Amish shed delivery.. Those are completely hydraulic , so he knew exactly what to do.. He even drove the 2-1/2 hrs to my house for a Saturday trying to figure it all out..
The brakes functioned fine , they just would not comply release.. On my trip to DC , I was about 150 miles into it when I saw smoke and thought I burnt a bearing ... For some reason I went to pull the stainless valve cap off , and burnt my 2 fingers .... That's how hot the assemblies reached...mean the rest of that trip and home with just truck brakes... There is nothing more I would like to see , but I am not so sure they will work??? I spent a lot of cash to date for nothing.. And would love to be shown it can work.

The DIY kit. Do you reuse your old bearings? Also were you working a booth at the Tampa show early this year? If you were we probably talked.

The kit comes with new bearings. No I was not at Tampa. Randy McMann, the head of Titans brake division does that show while I do Quartzsite at the same time.
