yes I did have to replace seal kit for DURA faucet in kitchen when furnace went out around Christmas, ice maker line has been disconnected since early November thanks to the advice of some of the more experienced folks around here.

About minus 10 degrees F while out at a local Lake spotting Eagles for two weeks. No skirting or other heating aides. We were very comfortable however we operated the furnace at all times plus the fireplace in the evening prior to bedtime. Our 36 RL was cozy and we had a terrific view of the lake.

I agree with mhs4771. I prefer warmer climate for our uses. Nice to hear how RW's are used in those type weather conditions.
