closet door

When we purchased our used 2014 redwood, we had it ushipped from florida and on the way, the closet door came off the track and little ball bearings were all over the carpet. we have been looking everywhere for the wheels for, with no luck at all. does anyone know where we can get the parts for it?

Cool

You can get all the hardware from Johnson Hardware on Amazon. Just search for Johnson sliding door hardware and you see your parts. You can also go right to their website johnsonhardware.com. You can even get the proper stops for your doors instead of the screws Redwood used.

I would check at Lowes/home depot needed to replace the hinges on my laundry door and found some that were twice as heavy and the junk that it came with.

I used a small L shaped hurricane strap and screwed it between the doors. Prevents them from going past the mid point. The screws Redwood used were useless. Our doors constantly fell off the track while driving. Haven’t had a problem since and it cost about $1.

rough rideing truck can add to the problems. Chance are the door was unlatched and sliding back and forth and hammered it self to death. Morryde IS seams to have stopped and the little things like this. Same thing happened to ours 3 times, I added extra screws and it happed a 2nd time. Then I put L brackets in to stop it from going past center , 3500 mile since IS and the repair.
