Ceiling fan globe

I have a 2016 38RE with a useless ceiling fan in the living room. The globe fell out of it and busted. It doesn't have screws to hold it in. It has 3 little worthless metal bumps that is suppose to hold the globe in. The fan doesn't have a manufacturers name on it that I can find. I've tried finding replacement globes. But none of them fit. Don't really want to replace the fan with another useless fan. Has anybody else had this problem. If so did you find a replacement globe?

Have you tried contacting Redwood, Crossroads they should be able to help. I would start there. If that Don work I would go to a lighting store and buy one I like and be done with it.
You did not describe why it is useless, do the blades not turn, does it not move air? Ours works great. It does not have lights in it that would need a globe though

I would put our ceiling fan in the "useless" category. If you stand directly underneath it you can feel a slight puff of air. It can not be felt from the recliners or the couch.

Maybe it's turning in the wrong direction?

With the fan mounted as close to the ceiling as it has to be, at least for ours, it moves more air on a slow setting than on a high one.

Actually, mine does have a switch on it to reverse the direction. It either pushes hotter air down or draws cooler up. Your choice.

With the switch in the up position we don't feel a thing. In the down position, we can imagine we feel a breeze. Slowing it down makes me have to think harder about weather I'm feeling anything. Visitors think it looks cool, and that's about it.

I would have to agree with the fan being useless. The slides require it to be so close to the ceiling the blades are not able to move any air.
