Cargo Storage Organization???

I'm impressed with the size of the storage in the baggage area but it seems I just pile more junk in there. I'm looking for more creative ideas to better organize the chaos that I'm experiencing. Pics please.

(I would have signed this post but I think my pen is lost in the cargo area . . . )

Don't have any pics, but I use Rubbermaid totes. Two of the large 18 gal will stack or four of the smaller will stack, or one large and two smaller, Label the out side so you know what's in each. Still have to remove those on the outside to get to the ones in the middle, but I put lesser used things there.

Now your getting personal! LOL!That's a space you personally will have to organize unless you carry the very same items I carry. Granted mine is jam packed, but I know where pretty much everything is located. I used milk crates under the bottom front shelf for larger loose items, miniature milk crates labeled on the other shelves, attached a 4" square plastic fence post to the ceiling for long round items i.e. broom, flag pole, built a small wood frame to hold up folding chairs. Also depending on your floor plan you may not have the same amount of room I've got, so just spend a day & make it yours.

I hung a large wire basket which I believe was a metal car top carrier. I but in 3 removable closet rods front to back and then uno the basket with chain. The 3 closet rods also provide me with long item storage above the hanging basket, which hangs a little over half way up from the bottom. With the chains and S hooks I can adjust the basket height if needed. I also use the big plastic tubs.

One of my better mods was to remove the screws from all the basement wall except the small section where the vac is & stapled indusrial strength Velcro to the edges, now when necessary I can have 2/3 of basement wall down without having to crawl in there with a s screwdriver.

I added a 20"x90" MorRyde slide tray. I think it was Scott who added the 26". Best mod I've done for storage space utilization.
If I could figure out how to post pictures with my iPad I'd add one. If not I will post in a couple weeks when I'm back at my PC.

I bought some Lock n Lock containers at Walmart. The clips lock down good and don't come loose. You can buy different sizes too, I have two large and one smaller. Makes it nice to keep the loose stuff in and they are clear so you can see whats inside as well.

But the storage area is easier to load sideways

Be thankful for the TALL garage, that's the one issue I have with the coach, all the bays are wide and short (i guess like me )

so even with the sliding trays, it all has to lay down flat... thinking I may put a wire shelf at the top for the folding chairs, etc...
