Don't know on your model but mine is in the overhead cabinet next to the bedroom TV.

BR cable picture is fine. LR extremely fuzzy. Thought that might be the issue but wasn't it. Keep looking I guess

Same here. I wonder if it has to do with the splitter, or lack of one?

Don't know where it is on a GK; however, on our RL it's above the bedroom TV. On the FL, I think it's in one of the kitchen cabinets. Look for a small green light and a push button switch. When the green light is on it amplifies your Over The Air (OTA) TV reception. Turn it off if you want to watch cable. You'll have to run your TV installation for both the cable and your OTA reception.

on our 38gk it is in the overhead bedroom cabinet between the vanity mirror and the tv --- (to the right of the tv in the pic below)

ours is mounted on the left wall inside the cabinet and hard to see/get to the button due to our dvd, satellite controls, and headphones "she who must be obeyed" said I really wanted

In the 31SL it is located in the upper cabinet to the left of the bedroom tv. It is very difficult to see the button, a flashlight will help.

We have 2014 38RL and for some unknown reason they put the switch in where the TV is. Can't get to it without a pencil or something like it!
Will have them move it when we head back this month!!

ours is in the left cupboard next to the TV, but I see now why that doesn't work much anymore on all models. With the amours on both sides or the vanities, it looks like the cupboards arrangements are vastly different between models and years.

One of the things ours is back to the dealer to take care of. We couldn't find it until we finally got on the phone with the Redwood Customer Service guy who was very helpful. The problem was that it is on the left of the TV in the bedroom but you can't get your hand in there to turn it on! We had to remove the TV from the wall in order to do it. Hopefully they can move the switch to the cabinet on the other side of the plug which is where it should have been in the first place!

Hopefully they will get that fixed for you! Sounds like it might have been an "oops".

Not sure what Redwood is working out with the Dealer, but one option might be to install the wall mount TV bracket that you can pull away from the wall and move around, like Dave and Ginny did. It has to have the chainfall to lock it in because it is a moving vehicle, but it would be a nice feature AND you could access that switch

Good idea! I'll definitely suggest that if they say they can't move it, but I see no reason why they wouldn't be able to. My wife suggested it could be a smaller tv but that wasn't an option for me The older I get the bigger the tvs get!

Ya - don't settle for a smaller TV. They need to fix the error.

This is the one Dave and Ginny used:

Same issue on our previous SOB...
we had them tilt the tv down toward the bed enough where I could get my hand across the top to reach the button (and it made it a better viewing angle to watch as a side benefit)

Dealer tells us that RW won't cover the cost to move the switch to the cabinet in order to make it accessible.. It's only $80 but to me it shouldn't cost me anything to fix their mistake

Redwood Says Yes!

Spoke to Mark in Customer Service this morning about the fact that my dealer said they wouldn't pay to move my booster switch. He remembered me as he was the one who helped us find it! He understood that it was not a matter of convenience but rather one of accessibility. Said of course they would take care of it. Very happy with RW Customer Service this week!!!!
