3981FK Electric Bed Malfunction

TIA ALLZ
We have a 2020 model and the wall switch is not working to raise or lower the bed. When pressed I don’t hear any noise to indicate motor is running
Has anyone else had a similar problem and what was the solution?

Start off with the easy stuff....Is the circuit fused ?...I don't have this feature so I don't know where a fuse or similar would be located...track it down....
Next maybe to check if any power is getting to the lift motor....do you have a test meter to check ?....If the lift assembly is power up and down....maybe a relay is present ....and stuck or failed...
