38FL Slide

Has anyone had issues with the kitchen slide on the 38FL i have had issues on my 2014 scene it was new no one seems to be able to get it fixed it does not extend square and has broke the slide gear on both sides they have now replaced both slide gears and racks. My thought is something binding where it goes into the square tubing, Need to take this issue to the factory probably is there another factory service center other than Indiana. This has been going on for over a year!!

We had the kitchen slide on our FL bind. Our dealer made the adjustment and all has been good. Did your dealer make the adjustment? If so, you may need to call the Service Center for direction. Sorry I can't be more help but that slide is a monster and needs to be adjusted correctly.

The Crossroads/Redwood Service Center or the Redwood Factory may be the best choice. A friend of ours was having a problem with a slide on their Montana. Keystone/Montana Factory determined the actual opening for the slide was undersized. They removed the entire slide, enlarged the opening and reinstalled the slide. Been working fine ever since. Overall repair was something most Dealers would not be equiped to handle.

We have a 2014 38FL and have not had any problems with our kitchen slide.

So far no problems with any of our slides.
