38FL recliners

Does anyone know the manufacture of the recliners in a 38FL 2014 model as they set up on a small rise on the front nose and the actual leg rest sets at living room floor level. I need to replace both recliners

When the original recliners that came in our 2013 RW 36FB failed after less than two years of careful use, we replace them with two two Cindy Crawford Collection electric wall hugging recliners. They are a much higher grade of leather, and better constructed. Of course, they are a bit heavier than the ones built for the RV/MH industry. As for their size, they are wide body chairs with one arm missing so they can be connected to make into a love seat arrangement. The main difference to consider is, since the backs of the seats are a bit higher than the original recliners, make sure they will not interfere with any windows that will be behind them. They are a bit pricey, but seem to last for almost ever! When the sofa couch finally goes bad, we will also replace it with the Crawford's

I have a 2014 38FL and I did not like the original recliners. I felt that was one of draw backs of the unit. While working in High Point, NC, I found a power recliner at a local store. It is smaller than most recliners, but fits well in the front section of the RV.

The manufacturer is Best Home Furnishings. The style is 2AP34LV. If you search Best's site using this number, you can see the recliner. As with many products producerd, there are lemons. We bought two recliners and one had a problem with the switch. The retailer tried twice to fix the reclainer, but failed. The third time, the retailer delivered a new unit.

I don't like the couches in the slide outs either. Continue to look for different units.
