36rl water heater access to replace control board

Does anyone know how to gain access to the water heater to replace the control board?
All help is appreciated!!

Remove stuff in your pass thru storage on the off door side, where the water heater is located. Using a square bit remove the screws at the top and bottom of that section that is hiding the water heater. Remove the felt covered panel. Furnace and water pump and more will be in there. Not too difficult to gain access.

The first time you remove the panel, replace it using Velcro. You will need to go in there again. Did it in 2014 and glad I did.
