Newly purchased 2013 36rl. Exterior (under carriage) cable splitter box is bad. I know this because I can hard wire the cable cord directly from the cable box to the TV (thru the window). Has anyone else had this issue? If so, was it easily solved with a warranty visit? Our problem is we are NOT anywhere near the dealership where purchased the unit. We are on the road ~ the reason we purchased a 5th wheel in the 1st place!
Thanks for sharing any and all info!

I'm not sure what your problem is but I'll tell you a few things to check.

#1 check and make sure the antenna boaster is off. This is located in the cabinet next to the TV pug in the bedroom. The green light should be off when you're using cable.

#2 I use the 3ard connector in the service (or utility) bay. It isn't marked but it's the lowest one of the three. The one above it I believe says satellite.

I hope this helps

Thanks Dave for the suggestion but I already tried that. All connections are good, but I have "tiling" on both TV's (living room and bedroom) .All connections were loose inside the unit and I tightened them up, the only one I could not get to was the connection located in the splitter box within the underpinning. TV's work perfect now - only problem is I have a cable running directly from the outside cable hookup to the living room TV through the WINDOW! Not a good long term solution! I am not going to take the underpinning apart to check that connection because I am not a technician and afraid to tinker with it and void my warranty. I sure do appreciate your quick help! I sure wish that would have solved my problem.
