Cabinet Hinges

I am having trouble finding replacement hinges. The 35mm cup is no problem but the screw holes on either side of the cup are either 8mm or 10mm diameter and cannot find hinges with the plastic inserts or just the plastic inserts. The hinges I am having trouble with are on the closet door at the entry.
Any ideas?

Titan Guy, I got the part number for the hinge I used
Blum #B038n355c.08 1/2" overlay screw on.
Blum #B038n358c.08 1/2" overlay press in
I didnt see anywhere to order just the nylon insert. If yours are just loose coat them with some good wood putty put them back in leave overnight then remount the hing. The press in hinge has the nylon insert but i dont know its od size
