Drove our new RW home tonight

I mentioned in one of my earlier post that I have had three class A's, but this is our first 5th wheel. So needless to say I was a little apprehensive knowing I have a 125 mile drive back home. Then after about 25 miles or so I realized that this was "awesome"!! I was very relaxed cruising one handed on the steering wheel even with some windy conditions. But most importantly, my wife was enjoying the drive. In the class A's she had been very nervous, especially when it was windy. I am also very pleased with my Chevy diesel dually. It pulled with ease and confidence, but I really enjoyed the braking of my truck. Between the Allison transmission and exhaust brakes I knew I had no worries. My wife and are looking forward to a fun week of playing around with our new toy. And now my wife has an another reason to go shopping, and did I mention, she really enjoys shopping.
Hope to be posting some pictures soon.

Congratulations on the new Redwood. Hope it provides you many great memories.
We enjoy the ride and confidence of our GMC 3500 Dually, it is solid and stable in all kinds of weather conditions and the braking is great.
