Use some paraffin wax/candle on the bolt & catch occasionally, works great.

I also use the wax on all cargo doors.

My Dad always had block of wax in his toolbox. Not sure why that didn't carry on with me, but it should have. Instead I shoot every expensive chemical I can muster at it, only to have to do it again the following week after it rains.

Great idea!

I have owned numerous Thor products and never had any problems with them until now. I contacted Redwood via email and have still not recieved a reply from them. Apparently they do not like dealing with customers.
Well Redwood and our dealer came through with a new door and it works like it should. Just waiting to have it painted.I am very satisfied with the response both have given me, with all the issues I have had. If anyone in California is looking to buy a Redwood Southwest Coaches in Indio goes above and beyond in customer service.

We had issues with the main door on our 38BR... dealer pulled the entire door latch apart and found broken bits from the door being slammed before we picked it up new. Also found on our first trip away the the drip rail was too close to the door causing door to rub. Dealer moved rail and no more issues. Found this summer the screen door binds from time to time... will file down the radius on the door when it comes out of storage next Spring to correct this.

I've noticed our drip rails touch the doors slightly as well. The paint wore down a bit and I think it's OK at this point.
