Driver side slide electrical problem

On our way to AZ for the winter, first night out, the refrig electrical (120), the stove receptacle, all the entertainment center receptacles are dead. There is three flex cables coming out of the coach body into the slide at the rear. There is no power in one of the cables, the other two feed the microwave and the fireplace. All the electrical branch circuits coming out of the load center are romex cables, so there must be a splice box somewhere and that has to be where the problem is. Does anyone know the routing of cables out of the load center back to the rear of the trailer? I have the electrical drawings for the 36RL and they don't show cable routing. If I could find out the routing, it might save me some time when we get to AZ. Who could you recommend I call at Redwood/Crossroads to get this information. We don't want to have to take it to a Redwood dealer, as we have to live in it for the next 5+ months. Suggestions are much appreciated.

I have the wiring diagram for the 36RL. and it doesn't show much. Try flipping all the circuit breakers

before you start digging into it, turn off the affected breaker and turn it back on. it could be tripped and not show it. then verify that the wire is tight on the breaker.

I assume you checked all the GFIs?

If you are going to chase it down, the weak spot is the outlet devices themselves, more so than the romex. You might pull each one shown on the drawing for that circuit to see if the wires are in the spades in the back (the outlets just kind of open in the back).

I had this problem this summer as well. There is a junction box behind one of the bottom drawers (can't remember which one and it's in storage now) but have a look behind the entertainment drawer or one of the kitchen drawers. You will see a 4X4" electrical box under there. My problem was a losse marrette and the wires separated.

I've looked into this for a week now, and there is no power coming into the slide via the flex cable (back of slide flex loom) There are no tripped breakers, and I have 120 VAC coming out of all branch breakers in the load center. There is romex coming out of load center and flex cable coming into the slide at the back driver side of the slide, so there must be a splice somewhere, just want to know if someone could help where it is so I don't have to take the whole underbelly of the coach apart.

Jim the junction boxes are above the floor so as Rod had said, start looking behind the cabinets and drawers

The junction box you speak of is behind the lower left cabinet drawer in the entertainment center, there are three splices in there. Microwave circuit, fireplace circuit and the slide plug receptacles. There is no power coming into that junction box for the slide recepts, so somewhere between there and back to the load center there must be another junction point. All cables exiting the load center are type NM cable (romex) and the cable coming out of the floor and looping up into the slideout is flex cable (SO cord). All cables in the load center (AC breakers) are good and tight and all have voltage on the load side of the breaker, so the trouble is between the two points somewhere.

Did you try Redwood? Those are the kind of production questions they will answer for us? I think? Seems they could tell you right away.

Another option is Factory photos from Dave and some others - you might spot it.
