Thanks everyone for their input. Short of buying a new ladder, I might try to rig something underneath. I do like the ideas of the LG and other types though. The custom paint job, holy smokes !!

I want to take along an 8' step ladder and it won't fit very well in the basement.
Has anyone designed, built, carried their ladder under the frame ?? Thinking about to the rear of the spare tire...
