Regarding the Vermin that came in. There are many ways for the critters to get in. They want warmth too. If fresh water hose is hooked up they can climb that. Also sewer hoses. Also look underneath...

Don't think you want to try and pull the ceiling down. The ceiling panels are usually foamed to the roof rafters when the roof sections are made. Drop a few lights maybe... Question is how did it get...
