That's Kansas too, at least as it applies to plates on new vehicles. Really fries me that you pay taxes on MSRP. Just another way to tax the heck out of the citizens. Don't know what the law is...

My biggest fear is that something drastic happened and it is waiting for repairs before it's even completed and ready for shipment. Hope to hear something soon.
