This one has a knurled collar that lets you adjust the water flow down to a trickle. I adjust the flow setting to the volume I want then just turn the water off and on at the faucet. I may go to Home...

I've been meaning to tell y'all. If you're not satisfied with your factory showerhead the
BodySpa from Oxygenics is a great alternative. I had one in our old trailer and couldn't
wait to get one...
