Well we have been wintering the past two years in Mesa AZ, but lots of people in our area stay a bit on Lake Havasu, Lake Powell, or Lake Mead.

It may not help you but there is a Keystone manufacturing plant in Pendleton OR and next to it is LCI facility (Lippert) . They usually have many frames and axles outside. Just a suggestion...

Maybe I'm ignorant, but what I don't understand...

Maybe I'm ignorant, but what I don't understand is why we have to repack wheel bearings once or twice a year, but I've never had to do that with any of my cars or truck that travel many more miles...
