Haven't really looked into it too closely, but on our 38gk the back floor vent seems to be bending...
Only thing I can think of is that it's the slide roller ?
need to line it up with where it rest...

We have run ours when going down the road... the propane heat, not the heat pump - that is... and good thing is the woodies distribute heat thru the basement too !!!

but to help - prop and block...
