Yes it does. However since it's a turbo brake in actuality the upgrade/larger turbo in the '15 is what gives it more power (both go power and braking). The '14's won't have the manual button option...

Don't forget the upgraded exhaust brake (really a turbo brake) on the '15, also you can now manually engage it which is a huge option in my opinion.
