I submitted everything to Redwood on Monday, they then submit it to Lippert. Hopefully Lippert is responsive and willing to reimburse for it. Should know soon.

I would assume either can have drum brakes as I recall they were optioned separately from Redwood. You could get either 7K or 8K axles, and add Disc Brakes, but as I understood it 8K axles didn't...
