I would hope they wouldn'tbe needed . You would have to build your own mounts. I've never noticed any leaning that didn't have some
other problem.

I have them on my 08. You have more rear spring than me, but maybe more pin weight. mine is 3300#. I have to go along with Dave about helping to not bottom out. You might only need 30 or so pounds.
