Sure, but I love seeing someone at least trying to fill the void. Time will tell. OTOH, in this business we've seen big names still fail.

I've been trying to get an answer to that question. As far as I know, it's an independent. Haven't found the origins of the execs. I've spoken with two couples who saw a couple of the units in VA....
