Sides are accessible. Doing any work on the top of the tank would be extremely challenging. In fact, depending upon the height of your float, the tank would need to be dropped.

When you say overflow tube, are you talking about...

When you say overflow tube, are you talking about the clear tube under the frame rail. Many folks have had issues with the tank siphoning its contents.
