The door is frustrating - but if stuff like the material used for the rail is going to put you in a meltdown, I suggest you buy one off the lot, so what you see is what you get.

I certainly understand your frustration - however ....I've ordered and received 4 5th wheels and for the most part they change what they want. I actually got one of the first flat screen TVs ever...
