Ya I'm stuck with the 4000 not compatible with the 8K springs. Redwood sent me shorter shackles that they used to fix the 8K spring issue. I'll try that first, and if it corrects the problem then...

But I bet common to Lippert :) There is nothing unique about the Redwood frame design. I see it on most RVs that size, with the exception of the equalizer system which seems to be unique on most.
