wow, are they striving to be the Maytag Repairman? Why would they care, just more work for them, and I'm sure they aren't just concerned for the consumer ...

We too were concerned that all of our options were installed, as it was 2 states away. Our Dealer was great and sent us the order sheet to confirm options before it even got there, then they checked...
