Both Redwood and Crossroads are Thor products as are many other towables including Heartland. Thor is the parent company, the funding source, but each brand is as standalone division...

Redwood will fix this, if you haven't had it looked at by a dealer you should get it in NOW!!! If the dealer doesn't take care of it, call Crossroads Service Center for resolution.

Luckily I don't really have a problem with my dealer but there are plenty on the forum who do.

I really question getting better service simply...

Good for you doing your research!! We too looked at many different brands, never looked at Lifestyle because we couldn't find a dealer but we gave DRV a very hard look. Absolutely...
