Mine is a 12 36rl with 31k on it so I dont feel...

Mine is a 12 36rl with 31k on it so I dont feel too bad. There are new sob out there with the same problem.

Just had mine pull out, you will need to remove...

Just had mine pull out, you will need to remove all the old caulking, unscrew the cap tuck the roof membrane back under the cap, rescrew and caulk the cap. All the screws on mine were broken off....
