Thor sold nothing, they already owned Crossroads & Keystone along with 75%+ of the rest of the RV manufacturers.
Thor doesn't sell, they buy!
In a cost cutting move Thor rolled the Crossroads...

Not sure what your issues were or your abilities as a handyman, but if owning a RV of any make, model or price you WILL need tools & the ability to use...
