The gate & seals can be changed by removing the 4...

The gate & seals can be changed by removing the 4 bolts, but the valve body is glued in & not enough room to cut out & replace without a LOT of replumbing.
Replacing the gate & seals should solve...

Odds are you won't be able to replace the entire valve as they are glued in place, but you can replace the internals, the gate & seals, which fairly simple.
