Hope you have something more to tow it with than what the video had!! They'll have to put tractor weights on the front bumper to keep the wheels on the ground.

We saw a Momentum TH at a show that had the lr up front, kitchen/dining in the center, & bedroom in the rear above the garage. It was one of the only TH we've ever seen that didnt totally screw up...
