Same here, only 1 heat pump & my thermostats are only approx. 1' apart on stairway, but thanks for heads up I'll have to check it out.

I wish the thermostats were more accurate, ACs get too cold before shutting down, too warm before starting & same with heat, the furnace will run you out before it shuts off, the heat pump is fairly...

If you were to have 2 heat pumps they installed the wrong thermostat or you didn't get 2 heat pumps, I'd be checking to see for sure.
